In such an instance, we are here to make things right. If you discover a slight flaw in your sparkling new treasure, we offer a prompt replacement within 7 days of its arrival at your doorstep. Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp, and we’ll guide you through the seamless exchange process.
Shipping:
We ship through luxury logistics services and all our shipments are insured. As soon as your order is dispatched, our team will reach out to you through WhatsApp and/or email to update you with the tracking link of the shipment. Please inform us within 3 days / 72 hours of receipt of the order. You must email at jivebysymetree@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 7726009884 with live images of the product with original packaging and a genuine reason for exchange.
