Exchange Policy
We accept Exchanges if in case you don't like the product or there are sizing issues.
Client is liable to pay the freight charges for the return pickup and the new product delivery (generally ₹200).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Policy
We provide refunds only if the order has not been delivered or the product is out of stock. You will get a refund in your UPI/bank account.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- If the exchange request is made after 5 days of the date of delivery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Personalized name pendants.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
